So Warnie's Royals won the IPL but was it a success?

I saw bits of bobs of it - but I really didn't get fully into it. I think it needs to on when there is no international cricket so all the world stars can play the whole tournament.

I think it was a rousing success. Cricket is huge in India and the locals clearly loved the tournament.
